I love sewing with wool felt! Forget that craft blend stuff that feels like plastic, wool blend felt is soft, sews like a dream, and makes heirloom quality handmades. I have been working on offering more patterns and tutorials that call for felt, so I thought I'd round up the best places for where to buy wool felt online.

The only tips I'd add specifically for working with wool felt would be: 1. to use small, sharp scissors; I like anything with a 'micro tip' and have been using these Fiskars scissors* with great results and 2.
