This robust panelling system delivers a comprehensive floor-to-soffit solution through the integration of two types of panels, with the flexibility of using just one type as desired:

Using both panel types, you can create visually appealing patterns that enhance the aesthetics of your space. The panels can be arranged in a brick bond or stack bond pattern and can be installed either vertically or horizontally to craft a unique style that reflects the character of your facility.

If you're looking for a low-level impact solution, we can enhance this panelling system with our Trevira fabric wall cladding, extending from the top of the panels to the soffit.

Depending on your wall construction, a timber frame for vertical or horizontal studwork support may be necessary, and we're here to guide you through the required specifications. To ensure the panels' integration, a black acoustic fleece is layered over the studwork, concealing the gaps and supporting the panels effectively.

The installation process is made seamless with supplied secret clips designed to provide a consistent 7mm spacing between adjacent boards. We emphasize the importance of incorporating insulation behind the panels to optimize acoustic performance and boost thermal efficiency.

For achieving Class C acoustic performance with the perforated panels, we install insulation such as Rockwool behind the panels along with acoustic fleece material. For projects requiring higher acoustic specifications, combining these panels with Class A fabric faced high-density glass fibre acoustic panels is a common practice.

Each panel has a thickness of 18mm and comes in two convenient sizes:

• 2.4m x 1.2m
• 2.4m x 0.6m

COORDINATION WITH SPORTS EQUIPMENT
