2. Warranty

3. Claims

Please contact your Account Manager or Customer Service at +65 and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning any items. All returns must receive approval and should be returned with shipping prepaid, in their original condition and packaging, and must be suitable for resale.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Delight reserves the right to apply a restocking fee on all returns. All products sold by Delight come with a Manufacturer's Warranty as detailed on the respective manufacturer's website.

5. About Damages

We take necessary precautions while packing fragile items. To successfully claim damages during shipping, Delight must be informed of the damage within 3 days of receipt. As the shipper, Delight will file the claim on the customer’s behalf and arrange for a replacement at no extra charge or a full refund. The package must be accepted and examined. The replacement and refund will be assessed based on the extent of the actual damage.

6. Replacement Limitations

If the total amount of the product for replacement due to damage or defect is less than twenty-five dollars ($25), a refund will be provided instead of a replacement. Shipping a single item can significantly increase the likelihood of damage.

7. Special Order, Non-Stock, and Clearance Items

Special orders and non-stock items are sold as final sale, and no returns are permitted. Please consult with an Account Manager to assist in making these purchases to ensure the correct product is received. These purchases may incur substantial restocking fees from the vendor or manufacturer. If a return is permitted as an exception, the customer will be responsible for the restocking fees once advised of their amounts.

8. Refunds

Customer refund credits are usually processed within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds will only be issued to the card used in the original purchase, in accordance with Singapore law. If a credit cannot be issued to the original card due to reasons like a lost card, at least one attempt must be made by us before sending a company refund check to the purchaser. The process for issuing company checks may prolong the time it takes to receive the refund.
